Delivery Manager
London- Hybrid 3 days on site per week (essential)
Salary £45,000 to £55,000 DOE
Gravitas is currently working with a UK-based, Green Energy, tech-driven, sustainable energy company based in Central London.
Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support their technology and delivery teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, passionate and looking to forge their own path and career within a growing tech-focused company.
This person will have 2+ years of experience working hands-on with software, technology, electrical engineering, or EV sectors and be comfortable in a start-up/ scale-up environment.
What you’ll do
- Plan and deliver technology projects end-to-end
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and run key delivery ceremonies
- Support requirements definition and ensure outcomes are delivered
What They're looking for
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a delivery / project / technical PM role
- Proven delivery of software projects (hardware/networking a plus)
- Comfortable working across Agile and waterfall
- Strong communicator with a proactive, hands-on delivery mindset
