- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI to support performance monitoring.
- Collaborating with managers and teams to deliver high-quality insights.
- Building data models and visualisations that tell compelling stories.
- Supporting regulatory reporting to external bodies.
- Identifying and improving inefficient data processes.
- Coaching and training staff to build data awareness and capability.
Essential:
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and data management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the housing or public sector.
- Familiarity with tools like SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, and scripting languages.
- Welsh language skills.
