We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Change Lead to support a significant transformation initiative. This role will focus on the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM tools and the optimisation of service management practices across both internal teams and external supplier networks.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership in change management, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of successfully driving business readiness in complex environments. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and embedding change activities to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify and capture business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate collected insights into detailed, actionable delivery plans in partnership with project and technical teams.
- Evaluate organisational readiness and map out key stakeholders to ensure successful engagement throughout the process.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies, including communication, risk assessment, planning, and execution phases.
- Work alongside Business Analysts to identify and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' states, facilitating gap analyses and transition plans.
- Integrate change activities within overarching programme plans, engaging closely with sponsors and delivery leads to drive cohesion.
- Lead targeted communication campaigns to align stakeholders and ensure consistent messaging around key changes.
- Design and implement effective training plans including user segmentation, training materials, and scheduling.
- Provide hands-on support to impacted teams, including virtual drop-ins and post-implementation guidance.
- Monitor and report on adoption rates and other key change performance indicators, adjusting strategies where needed.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or similar role in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks and tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external audiences.
- Demonstrable success in developing and executing end-to-end change management strategies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in training design, delivery, and support mechanisms.
- Ability to operate within an agile, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under an Inside IR35 arrangement and available for an immediate start.
