What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective D365 F&O solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of functional processes across Finance & Operations.
- Contribute to the ongoing D365 roadmap, driving the adoption of new features and innovations.
- Work closely with product teams to implement continuous improvement and new operating models.
- Provide expert advice on the art of the possible within D365, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Support and mentor team members, sharing best practices and helping to develop in-house capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-makers and championing best use of Dynamics.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrable experience as a Functional Consultant within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations, ideally within complex or large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and business operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, analytical, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ideally, a finance or accounting qualification and experience working in continuous change environments.
