About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join the team as a key player in operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys working independently, and excels in a dynamic environment where every day is different.
Key Responsibilities

Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers to ensure they’re confident using the platform and achieving value from day one.

Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing ongoing support and driving customer satisfaction.

Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships through regular communication, site visits, and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Training & Support: Deliver training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and help clients get the most out of the software while supporting their safety compliance goals.
