Change Analyst

We are currently partnering with a Charity who are ongoing Strategic and Cultural Changes and require a hands-on Change Analyst for immediate interim support. 
You would go into this role to help implement future change practices and implement change management capabilities in the organisation.

Essential Skills:

• Extensive Change management background.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working in Housing Sector. 

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Housing/Property management.

Role Details:

• Day rate - Circa £300-350 DOE
• IR35 - Outside
• Length - 3 months 
• On-site required 2/3 days per week in Wiltshire initially, flexible after first few weeks in role.
