We are currently working with a Local Authority who are embarking on a large-scale Digital Transformation around their mailing/postal processes. Currently in Discovery Phase, they need a skilled Business Analyst to begin this process working alongside an internal team.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement-gathering skills.
- Ability to produce clear documentation, reports, and business cases.
- Understanding of business processes and process mapping.
- Local government experience.
- Knowledge of digitisation projects.
- Familiarity with postal operations or document management systems.
- On-site required 3 days p/week
- £375 | Inside IR35
- 6 Month Contract
