The Opportunity
Are you passionate about bringing data to life? We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team within Corporate Services. In this hands-on, individual contributor role, you will transform raw data into high-impact reporting and actionable insights that empower teams and drive smart decision-making.
This is an exciting time to join us as we evolve our data ecosystem. You will play a key role in our cloud transition, working within a new Microsoft Fabric environment to migrate on-premise assets and shape modern, scalable data practices.
Key Responsibilities

Report & Dashboard Development: Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.

Data Extraction & Modelling: Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data, building robust models that ensure accuracy and usability.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with teams across the business to translate complex needs into clear, insight-driven BI solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Optimize report performance, validate data integrity, and contribute to modernizing our BI processes.
What We Are Looking For

Strong technical capability in SQL, Power BI, semantic modelling, and DAX.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

An interest in or experience with modern data ecosystems (e.g., cloud migrations, Microsoft Fabric).

Bonus points if you have experience or an interest in programming languages like Python or R to deepen analytical insights.
