Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview:
The Technical Business Analyst will serve as a key link between our client’s technical teams and their customers, translating business requirements into functional system solutions to facilitate successful project outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Over 2 years’ experience in a client-facing Business Analyst, Technical BA, or implementation-focused role
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements clearly and effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured, logical approach to problem solving
• Experience managing work through a complete delivery lifecycle
• Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience working in SaaS, consulting, or similar customer-facing environments
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is beneficial but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, clarify, and document client requirements
• Translate business needs into functional solutions and configuration changes
• Support as-is / to-be process analysis and process mapping
• Manage implementations from start to finish, ensuring specifications are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate delivery and resolve issues
• Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact
• Assist in problem-solving for complex client scenarios
• Escalate issues and help drive projects forward
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience through structured, solution-focused delivery
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in client-facing business analysis or software implementation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work on-site in Birmingham in a hybrid environment
• Availability to start from 24/06/2026
