Senior Sales Consultant

Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role in generating new business and shaping the organisation’s go-to-market strategy. Working closely with the founder, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a robust sales pipeline, and engaging with senior stakeholders to secure strategic opportunities.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven track record in B2B consultative sales within technology or consulting environments
• Strong experience in technology consulting, CRM, ERP, or digital transformation projects
• Ability to win new business and develop long-term client relationships
• Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with influence capability
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) is preferred
• Exposure to ERP or finance systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver a new business revenue target of £1 million in the first year
• Generate and close new logo opportunities, managing the full sales cycle
• Build and maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline
• Lead consultative sales engagements with senior decision-makers
• Contribute to sales strategy, positioning, and growth planning
• Represent the organisation in client meetings and proposal presentations
• Develop a 30-60-90-day plan to effectively build and scale the sales function
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Demonstrable success in B2B sales within technology or consulting sectors
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
• Based in or willing to work on-site in London with regular travel into the city
• Willingness to start on 23/06/2026 and participate in a 2-week onboarding process

• Experience with ERP or finance systems
