I'm currently partnering with a large, complex non-profit organisation to recruit a Business Information Analyst who will play a pivotal role in turning operational data into clear, actionable insight at senior level.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with Service Leads, Directors and transformation teams, where your work will directly influence performance, service improvement and strategic decision‑making.
If you enjoy working with large datasets, building scalable Power BI solutions, and proactively spotting trends before they become issues, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
Essential:
- Advanced SQL (Syntax, complex joins, queries, live reporting environments)
- Strong Power BI experience, including DAX and M
- Proven experience delivering operational or performance reporting at scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution‑focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience working with large data warehouses or operational systems
- Background in data quality improvement or data governance
- Experience designing intuitive, user‑friendly dashboards for non‑technical users
