The role is fully remote and qualifies as Outside IR35, offering a flexible day rate dependant on experience. Based in the United Kingdom, this position will play a critical role in supporting a large-scale repairs transformation project that focuses on automating customer service processes, particularly through the integration and enhancement of Co-Pilot for handling hazard reports.
