Associate Solution Architect

This role involves defining technical solutions with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Bloomreach, Klayvio, Iterable, or similar, and working directly with clients and the CTO to develop into a fully capable Solution Architect. The position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge products and a vital opportunity to influence client success and internal innovation.
Role Overview:
The Associate Solution Architect plays a key part in delivering Martech implementation projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to define and optimise solutions. The role is crucial for supporting our client’s growth and ensuring successful technology integration in fast-paced environments.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with Martech product implementation, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Understanding of data within Martech environments
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing and deploying Martech solutions for clients
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and define effective solutions
• Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of marketing technology platforms
• Work directly with the CTO to develop personal skills towards a Solution Architect role
• Be hands-on with products during implementation phases
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar Martech platforms
• Based on-site for the duration of 2 weeks starting 01/07/2026
• Willing to work in a hybrid environment
