Role Overview:
This role supports the organisation's efforts to embed AI across its services, blending low-code and pro-code development to create enterprise-ready solutions. The successful candidate will own key aspects of AI implementation, including environment strategy, deployment pipelines, and governance, ultimately enabling the organisation to leverage AI securely and effectively.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience with Azure AI services (Foundry, Cognitive Services, Azure ML)
• Demonstrable delivery of AI solutions within an enterprise IT setting
• Strong understanding of ALM, environments, and deployment strategies
• Knowledge of security, governance, and Responsible AI principles
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Experience translating ambiguous requirements into practical solutions
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Azure services
• Build and deploy solutions across Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Lead on RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and AI architecture in enterprise environments
• Define environment strategy, deployment pipelines, and governance frameworks
• Support the maturation of prototypes into scalable, production-ready services
• Act as a subject matter expert and support AI adoption organisation-wide
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Proven enterprise experience with Azure AI services
• Ability to work on-site in Guildford (hybrid working: 2–3 days onsite)
• Experience in AI solution delivery, environment management, and governance
Nice to Have:
• Python and pro-code AI development experience
• Exposure to Copilot Studio or similar low-code platforms
• Knowledge of RAG, vector search, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
• Experience establishing standards and guardrails for AI practices
