AI Product Engineer
The AI Product Engineer role involves building and deploying end-to-end AI solutions within a fast-growing SaaS business focused on the luxury travel sector. The position offers genuine ownership of projects, working directly with the founders and CTO to develop innovative AI products from concept to production.

The company is an AI-first SaaS business operating in the luxury travel space, with an expanding client base and plans for significant growth. It promotes a remote-first culture with team meetings held in London or the Cotswolds approximately twice a month.
Role Overview
The AI Product Engineer will be responsible for creating AI agents, LLM-powered products, and workflows. The role requires transforming vague problems into deployable solutions across the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. In collaboration with senior leadership, the successful candidate will contribute to shaping the product and ensure technical concepts are clearly communicated to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience
- Take products or features from concept through to production
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, agents, or AI workflows
- Experience with Python and AWS
- Ability to develop with Python/Django and React/TypeScript (desirable)
- Comfortable working in a SaaS, startup, or fast-moving environment
- Confident and articulate with the ability to communicate technical ideas effectively
- Commercially minded and willing to challenge ideas confidently
Nice to Have
- Experience with FastAPI
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, LLM-powered products, and AI workflows
- Turn vague problems into production-ready solutions
- Manage the full product lifecycle from client requirements to deployment
- Develop solutions using Python/Django, React/TypeScript, AWS, and modern AI tools
- Consider user experience alongside underlying technology
- Collaborate directly with founders and CTO to influence product development
- Engage with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Discuss and debate technical approaches confidently
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- 1–4 years' experience, with end-to-end product or solution development experience
- Experience working on products from concept through to deployment
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, agents, or AI workflows
- Proficiency in Python and AWS
- On-site work in London or the Cotswolds
- Availability to start on 10/09/2026 for a duration of 2 weeks
