We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to support the organisation during a period of transition, working closely with a newly appointed third-party IT support provider.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to support the organisation during a period of transition, working closely with a newly appointed third-party IT support provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the outsourced IT support provider.
- Act as the escalation point for complex IT issues.
- Triage and coordinate bespoke business/IT requests.
- Work with internal stakeholders and technical SMEs.
- Introduce stronger IT service processes, governance and best practice.
- Help stabilise and improve the overall IT service function.
- Support Microsoft/Azure and wider cloud-related requirements.
- Strong IT Service Management / IT Operations background.
- Experience managing third-party IT service providers.
- Experience handling escalations and complex IT issues.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 experience desirable.
