Account Manager

Role Overview:
The Account Manager will drive new business development and manage existing accounts in the social housing and public sector, supporting the company's growth objectives and ensuring long-term client success.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience selling into the social housing sector
• Strong understanding of housing associations, asset management, and procurement processes
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
• Confident, consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated and fully comfortable working remotely
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in SaaS, data, or technology solutions is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals
• Identify and win new business across housing associations, local authorities, and the wider public sector
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and virtual meetings
• Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
• Develop and implement territory and account plans to meet revenue targets
• Handle objections and negotiate deals successfully
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts via CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, delivery, and marketing
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Proven sales experience in the social housing sector
• Strong understanding of relevant processes and landscapes
• Ability to work fully remotely
• Demonstrable track record of hitting sales targets
