We are seeking a motivated and intuitive UX/UI Product Designer to join a dynamic and fast-growing startup digital agency. This is a unique opportunity to work at founder level within a passionate, tight-knit team to help shape and elevate a disruptive new product in the hiring space. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Product Manager, and another UI Designer to enhance an innovative application already gaining attention in the market.
The role requires creativity, experimentation, and a strong eye for modern, user-centric design. You’ll lead the charge on building and improving new features during rapid sprint cycles, with responsibilities across both web and evolving mobile experiences. With no rigid process, the role offers creative freedom for bold ideas and new approaches in an agile environment.
We’re looking for a designer with solid UI skills and a keen understanding of UX principles. Experience in startups or digital agencies, working across multiple projects in a high-speed environment, is highly desirable. You should enjoy a hands-on approach, be collaborative, and thrive in an evolving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product managers to define and execute design solutions
- Balance user needs with technical feasibility during fast-paced sprint cycles
- Challenge UX assumptions and push boundaries to generate simple, elegant, and bold interfaces
- Support rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration
- Uphold and evolve the product’s design system as the product scales
What We're Looking For:
- Strong UI design expertise with a solid grounding in UX fundamentals
- Fluent in Figma and other design and prototyping tools
- Excellent portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design across web and mobile
- Previous experience in a startup or digital agency environment preferred
- Highly proactive and self-driven; comfortable with autonomy
- A sharp eye for detail with a clean, modern, and confident visual style
- Ability to work collaboratively with both creative and technical teams
- Clear communicator who can articulate ideas effectively to stakeholders
