Senior Portfolio Manager (Transformation & Change)
Location: London - Hybrid, 1-2 days a week
Salary: £76,000–£82,000

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Portfolio Planner to play a central role in shaping and steering our enterprise‑wide Transformation & Change portfolio.
In this strategic role, you’ll bring clarity and structure to a busy change landscape—building high‑level roadmaps, sequencing activity, spotting risks, and helping the business plan effectively for what’s coming next. You’ll be the person who ensures the portfolio stays aligned, avoids collisions, and delivers change in the right order.
What you’ll do
- Lead portfolio planning and produce clear, high‑level plans‑on‑a‑page
- Build forward-looking roadmaps covering all areas of the business
- Engage stakeholders early to shape and sequence transformation activity
- Identify dependencies, bottlenecks and portfolio‑level risks
- Drive best‑practice planning across the Transformation Portfolio
What we’re looking for
- A seasoned portfolio planner with experience in large‑scale transformation environments
- Strong capability in portfolio planning, roadmapping and strategic sequencing
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Someone who can bring structure, challenge and leadership to planning conversations
No direct line management initially—though there’s scope to grow with the function.
