£76,000–£80,000 + progression

A major London social housing provider is delivering one of the sector’s most ambitious transformation portfolios — and we’re looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead it.

You’ll oversee a team of Project & Programme Managers delivering 5 organisation‑wide programmes across:

• Service Design

• Technology & Digital

• Culture & Leadership

• Data & Insight

• Process Improvement

With ~30 projects in flight (expected to double), the client need someone who brings:

✔️ Large‑scale, complex transformation experience

✔️ Emotional intelligence & strong stakeholder influence

✔️ Budget ownership & transparent governance

✔️ Resilience, pace and clarity in ambiguity

✔️ Social housing experience (desirable, not essential)
