We are looking for a Copilot Consultant & Trainer to support a local authority with the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Copilot onboarding and support a smooth rollout across teams.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and create simple learning materials.
- Run workshops, drop-ins, and engagement activities to build confidence and awareness.
- Identify practical use cases for different departments and help embed Copilot into daily workflows.
- Provide ongoing guidance on safe, responsible, and compliant use.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Copilot features.
- Experience delivering digital training to mixed skill levels.
- Good communication, facilitation, and change‑management ability.
