Senior Programme Manager & Programme Manager | Social Housing | Manchester | Hybrid (1–2 days on-site)
£66,000–£75,000 + progression (Senior)
£56,500-£62,500 + progression
A major Social Housing provider is delivering one of the sector’s most ambitious transformation portfolios and we’re looking for a Senior Programme Manager & a number of Programme managers to lead it. You’ll be responsible for delivering 5 organisation‑wide programmes across:
• Service Design
• Technology & Digital
• Culture & Leadership
• Data & Insight
• Process Improvement
With ~30 projects in flight (expected to double), we need someone who brings:
✔️ Large‑scale, complex transformation experience
✔️ Emotional intelligence & strong stakeholder influence
✔️ Budget ownership & transparent governance
✔️ Resilience, pace and clarity in ambiguity
✔️ Social housing experience
