We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an Awaab's Phase 2 programme, ensuring compliance with new regulations while supporting the transition to Total Mobile as the strategic platform for managing all 21 housing hazards. Working closely with operational teams, the Business Analyst will map current and future state processes, define business and functional requirements, and produce the documentation required to configure Total Mobile and integrate it with Civica. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, engaging stakeholders across the business and ensuring robust business rules, data flows and testing activities are delivered within a tight implementation timescale.

- Contract: Full-time, 3 months
- Location: South of England
- Working pattern: Initially onsite three days per week for workshops, then remote thereafter
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with housing operational teams and key stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Map current and future state business processes to support the implementation of Total Connect.
- Produce detailed business and functional documentation, including process maps, requirements, business rules and supporting artefacts.
- Support the configuration of Total Connect and its integration with Civica.
- Define and document system integration requirements and data flows between TotalMobile and Civica.
- Produce test scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Work independently within a fast-paced delivery environment to ensure successful implementation within project timescales.
Essential requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the housing sector.
- Strong understanding of Total Mobile.
- Good understanding of compliance requirements and Awaab's Law Phase 2.
- Experience producing detailed business and functional documentation.
- Experience creating test scripts and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Knowledge of system integration and data flows, particularly between TotalMobile and Civica.
- Experience mapping complex business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience with Civica CX Housing.
- Previous delivery of Awaab's Law Phase 1 or Phase 2 projects.
- Knowledge of Plentific.
- Familiarity with repairs compliance, asset management and housing hazard management processes.
