London | Hybrid | £110k–£140k + Bonus + Equity

Technical Lead sought by leading Fintech organisation based in central London.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong AWS and distributed systems knowledge
• Experience building and operating high-volume platforms
• Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical decisions
• Strong product mindset with the ability to balance customer value and technical quality
• Fintech, banking, payments, savings, wealth, digital experience
• Knowledge of regulated environments
• Experience implementing AI developer tooling

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical strategy, architecture, engineering leadership and product partnership.
