Contract Business Analyst – Housing joins a client delivering a transformation programme for a Housing Association, focusing on process analysis and improvement. The role offers flexibility in a part-time capacity, supporting operational workstreams through stakeholder engagement and process documentation.

Role Overview
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes, produce As-Is and To-Be process maps, and identify opportunities for process optimisation. The role involves supporting Business Change Managers with operational activities and process documentation. Success relies on effectively translating stakeholder requirements into clear models and supporting project deliverables over the contract duration.
Key Skills & Experience
- Lead process mapping activities using Visio, Miro, or similar tools
- Manage stakeholder engagement and requirements documentation
- Deliver detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps
- Demonstrate previous Business Analyst experience in relevant sectors
- Understand operational process improvement methodologies

Requirements

- Previous Business Analyst experience

- Working On-Site for the initial duration
