A Housing Association we work with are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CX Assets Implementation Consultant. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in asset management and service delivery, with demonstrable experience in Cx configurations and data management. This pivotal role requires critical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving to deliver scalable customer experience platforms.
You will work cross-functionally with analysts, programme leads, and fellow implementation consultants to drive successful configurations and solutions in a highly integrated environment. Asset management is now embedded as a core element of our operational framework, and your insight will directly influence the programme’s roadmap while enabling minimal disruption to the existing structure.
This is a hands-on role that demands excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an adaptable and delivery-focused mindset. You will be responsible for engaging multiple business units, understanding their unique challenges, and shaping fit-for-purpose solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The role involves regular interaction with stakeholders at all levels and requires an individual who can clearly communicate complex information and translate requirements into technical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements with precision and clarity
- Design and support the implementation of customer experience (Cx) asset solutions
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve programme milestones
- Engage with stakeholders across business units to maintain strategic alignment
- Participate in solution design workshops and uphold configuration management standards
- Support data compliance and governance within Cx asset structures
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Cx asset management, service delivery, and system configuration
- Strong understanding of implementation strategies for customer experience platforms
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate efficiently within evolving programme environments
- Experience in developing and maintaining scalable, service-led architectures
- Familiarity with tools such as Keystone or similar asset and service management platforms is advantageous
