A highly successful and rapidly growing fintech are looking for 2-3 Technical leads to come on board and lead brand new divisions within their business. These are really unique and exciting roles as the CTO is looking for Technical leads who will operate these divisions like they are building brand new startups. Given this, they are looking for people who are very technically strong but also who have strong commercial and business acumen.
The tech stack is going to be primarily focused around full stack Javascript/Typescript but they are open to people from different backgrounds as they want people who just love tech and have the attitude of using the best tools at the right time. They are also looking for people with genuine experience and passion around AI. These are pure hands on roles but they will be looking to add more developers into each division in 2026.
The position requires 2 days a week in the London office and can pay up to around £150,000 per annum plus a really strong benefits package.

- Believe in using cutting edge modern technologies and not being wed to a particular language/tool. Have the mindset of using the best tools for the job in hand. Javascript/Typescript is beneficial but not essential
- Experience within AI and a genuine passion for AI
- Ability to work in a fast paced scaleup environment
- Commercial acumen to be able to discuss financial with the wider business and strategy planning
- Serverless architecture and strong cloud experience
- Any experience in Fintech/Banking/Digital banking would be helpful but not essential
