Title: System & Innovation Manager
Salary: £55,000 (+3.8% increase in April)
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site (North West England)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
I am partnering with a small but ambitious housing provider with a genuinely collaborative, no‑politics culture. The team works closely together, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering meaningful improvements for their customers and colleagues. If you enjoy variety, visibility, and having real ownership over your work - you’ll thrive here.
The Role
As Systems & Innovation Manager, you’ll lead a small, multi‑skilled team (Developer, BI Analyst, Systems Support) and act as the bridge between business teams and IT. You’ll oversee the development, integration, and optimisation of our core systems, ensuring they evolve with the needs of the organisation.
I am looking for someone who can pick up a blend of systems development, data work, automation, integration and business improvement initiatives. With several key projects already in motion, my client is keen to bring someone in who can hit the ground running and help shape the future of our digital journey.
