Role Overview
The Technical Lead will oversee the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of Sitecore solutions, working closely with clients, architects, and delivery teams. Responsibility includes defining technical standards, mentoring developers, and supporting pre-sales activities. Success in this role hinges on delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable digital platforms that incorporate AI features and modern headless technologies.

Key Skills & Experience

• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of enterprise Sitecore solutions, including Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, XP and XM
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable digital experience platforms using modern headless and composable architectures
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns
• Lead code reviews and mentor developers to uphold high-quality engineering standards
• Manage integrations with third-party platforms such as CRM, CDP, DAM, search, and marketing automation solutions
• Support AI adoption within the development lifecycle and contribute to Sitecore AI capability development
• Experience deploying solutions within Azure and/or AWS
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore Headless, JSS, SXA, Unicorn/SCS, and multisite implementations
• Proven experience leading technical teams on large-scale digital transformation projects

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Sitecore solutions with expertise in Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, XP and XM
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects
• Knowledge of Sitecore Headless, JSS, SXA, Unicorn/SCS, and multisite implementations
• Experience with Next.js, React, and modern front-end development within Sitecore
• Knowledge of deploying solutions within Azure and/or AWS
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
