Job Title: Business Improvement Project Manager
Contract: Fixed-Term - 12-15 Months
Salary: £57,000 - £67,000
Location: Hybrid Working - Approximately 1 day per week on-site – North West


I am currently supporting a North West Based Housing Association to recruit for two experienced Business Improvement Project Managers to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering a wide-ranging transformation and improvement programme.
Working within a dedicated Business Improvement function, you will lead the delivery of high-profile projects that drive operational excellence, customer experience improvements, process optimisation and system enhancements across the organisation.

The Role:

Managing projects from initiation through to implementation and closure, you will work closely with operational teams, technical specialists and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against agreed scope, timelines and objectives. You'll play a hands-on role in project planning, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, governance and change management activities.

Current and upcoming projects include:
  • Service and repairs optimisation initiatives
  • Customer experience and performance improvement programmes
  • CRM and case management system enhancements
  • Digital transformation and self-service developments
  • Core system upgrades and implementations
  • Compliance, asset management and operational improvement projects
  • Cross-functional business change initiatives involving people, process and technology improvements
About You:

We're looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager who can confidently drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.

You'll have:
  • Proven experience delivering business change, process improvement or system implementation projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working across business and technical teams
  • A pragmatic approach to project management with a focus on outcomes and benefits realisation
Desirable Experience
  • Social housing or other regulated-sector experience
  • Business analysis skills
  • CRM, case management or enterprise system implementation experience
  • Knowledge of repairs, asset management, compliance or housing services
  • Experience working within Agile and Waterfall environments
