We are partnering with a Local Authority for an Interim Service Improvement & Insights Officer (Policy Focus) with one of our existing local authority clients.
What you will be doing:
- Leading on writing, reviewing, and updating policies & procedures
- Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards
- Researching best practice and embedding it into service delivery
- Collaborating with teams to improve processes and outcomes
