We’re currently partnering with a leading consultancy supporting a Private Equity-backed organisation embarking on a large-scale ERP transformation, and are looking to engage an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead the blueprinting phase and ERP selection.

Length: 3 Months (high likelihood of extension into delivery)
Outside IR35
Rate: £excellent rates
Onsite: 2–3 days per week in Leeds

Key Requirements:
- Seasoned ERP Programme Director with 15–20+ implementations across multiple platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor) who can lead blueprinting, define the target operating model, drive the RFP/selection process, and oversee delivery.
- Strong experience working with CFOs, supply chain (P2P), and complex business transformation in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments.
