We’re working with a fast-growing, VC-backed data platform helping global brands understand and monetise user behavior in next-gen digital environments.
The role
- Backend-leaning fullstack (80/20 split)
- Build and improve core data systems + APIs
- Work heavily with data pipelines (S3, transformations, high-volume data)
- Own features end-to-end (API/DB/internal tools)
- Help level up a growing engineering team
Tech
TypeScript, Node.js, React
AWS (incl. S3), Kubernetes
MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
What they want
- Strong TypeScript engineer with real backend depth
- Startup / small team experience (must be comfortable with pace + tradeoffs)
- Solid database design + API experience
- Proactive — someone who improves systems, not just works within them
- Comfortable mentoring and reviewing others’ code
