One Housing Consultant

Location: Primarily Remote (occasional on-site workshop attendance)

We're looking for an experienced Capita One Housing Consultant to join a client on a short-term contract, providing specialist support during a key housing system migration project.

You'll play a hands-on role in the migration and configuration of MRI Housing One (Capita One Housing), supporting the transition away from Kypera while acting as a subject matter expert across the platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and working closely with stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration and configuration of MRI Housing One (Capita One Housing).
• Provide expertise across the Capita One Housing platform throughout the project.
• Lead on and support Voids and Arrears process configuration and optimisation.
• Assist with data migration activities from Kypera.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to project stakeholders.
• Participate in occasional workshop sessions on-site, with the remainder of the role delivered remotely.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Capita One Housing / MRI Housing One.
• In-depth knowledge of Voids and Arrears processes.
• Proven experience delivering data migration projects.
• Experience working with on-premise housing management systems.
• Previous experience in a lead or senior consultant capacity, with the ability to provide guidance and expertise (this is not a people management role).

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Previous experience with Kypera.
