Senior Product Designer

Role Overview:
This Senior Product Designer plays a key role in delivering innovative projects and refining the company’s platform to improve the experience for users managing complex home energy solutions. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence and effective implementation across all digital touchpoints, including web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience designing responsive e-commerce sites or SaaS platforms
• Skilled in creating engaging, accessible user experiences across multiple devices
• Proficient in layouts, grids, typography, colour, and iconography
• Effective at working with complex business rules and processes
• Experienced in contributing to and growing design systems
• Excellent collaborative skills, able to work with stakeholders across disciplines
• Ability to communicate design principles and the ‘why’ behind solutions
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Technically aware with an understanding of digital product development
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end design support from problem understanding to concept validation and supporting engineering during build
• Crafting accessible and engaging experiences for mobile apps and customer websites
• Maintaining and evolving the company’s design system and supporting its adoption
• Collaborating within an agile multidisciplinary team across various digital platforms
• Bringing brand identity into platform design and ensuring consistency
• Defining and measuring the success of design features
• Working closely with software engineers to see designs through to implementation
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Located on-site in London
• Experience working in fast-paced, pragmatic teams aiming for quick iteration and delivery
• Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions to all stakeholders
Nice to Have:
• Experience with automated communications
