Digital Project Manager

This role involves supporting a customer journey digitisation initiative aimed at migrating core services from telephone-based interactions to online self-service platforms. The Digital Project Manager will oversee the project using a quick-wins approach, ensuring steady progress with monthly delivery outputs. This role is vital in helping the organisation achieve streamlined, efficient customer service delivery and improve overall user satisfaction.
Role Overview:
The Digital Project Manager will lead and coordinate a critical digital transformation project, working closely with external delivery partners to deliver key milestones. The role involves managing complex digital programmes with a focus on customer journey mapping and delivering tangible, regular outcomes to maintain project momentum. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the programme’s timely and successful delivery.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar digital PM role working on comparable projects with clear deliverables
• Strong background in customer journey mapping
• Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible outcomes in complex digital programmes
• Proven track record of providing regular outputs, such as monthly releases or milestones
• Comfortable working with external delivery partners
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the customer journey digitisation initiative from planning through delivery
• Coordinate weekly and monthly project outputs to maintain momentum
• Work closely with external partners to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Support migration of core customer services from telephone to online self-service platforms
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience working within housing, utilities, retail, or omnichannel environments is desirable
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with two days on site near London per week
• Immediate availability for a start date of 07/05/2026
