Senior Software Integration Developer
Location: Hybrid, typically one day a week on site in Birmingham

A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Software Integration Developer to play a key role within a technically led development function. This position sits within a stable, long standing team and will work closely with the hiring manager, two developers, and the wider data and infrastructure teams. With a contractor leaving in June, this hire will take ownership of critical delivery work and help maintain momentum across several active pipelines.
You will be responsible for delivering new integrations, contributing to a wider forms solution, and designing Azure based components. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys technical independence, complex problem solving, and developing modern, scalable solutions within a collaborative engineering environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting the delivery of new integrations and a wider forms solution
• Designing and building Azure based components, including independently spinning up solutions
• Working closely with infrastructure on Azure platform and deployment activities
• Implementing robust integration patterns and high quality API connectivity
• Contributing to multiple development workstreams across the function
• Collaborating day to day with two developers and cross functional technical teams
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience with Azure Function Apps and Azure Service Bus
• Solid background with Git, source control and Azure DevOps
• Modern C# development including MVC and integration focused builds
• Strong API knowledge and experience with hub and spoke integration patterns
• Desirable experience with SQL and Azure Data Factory or Fabric
• Sector exposure across HR, housing or finance systems is beneficial
• Clear communicator comfortable working independently in a technical team environment
