The team consists of experienced engineers, designers and product builders who care deeply about craft, experimentation and building thoughtful developer experiences. They have built a strong community of developers and product teams using their platform and are continuing to scale both the product and the engineering team.
About You
You’re a product-focused engineer with a frontend bias, but comfortable contributing across the stack when needed. You enjoy working in startup environments, have strong technical foundations (React, Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript), and like building tools that empower other developers and users.
You’re motivated by experimentation, solving product problems, and working in teams that value creativity, technical craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The Role
You will join a small product engineering team working across both the core web application and a developer-facing SDK, collaborating closely with design and product teams. Your work will impact both direct product users and organisations building on top of the platform.
Responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining core features within the company’s web platform and developer SDK

Collaborating with product, design and engineering teams to ideate, prototype and ship new features

Contributing to developer-facing documentation, code examples and SDK best practices

Monitoring performance, reliability and developer experience, and proactively improving the platform

Participating in an experimentation-driven culture, including building demos and exploring new tooling ideas

Working across the stack when required, with a focus on UI, interactions and frontend architecture
Requirements

Strong experience building modern web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript

Experience working in product-focused teams, shipping meaningful features and contributing to product direction

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work through ambiguous product challenges

Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, design and engineering teams

Solid frontend expertise with working knowledge of backend systems and APIs
-
Based in the UK or open to relocation, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
