Asset Data Quality Improvement Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale cleansing and reconciliation projects, utilizing advanced technical skills in SQL and Power BI to analyze root causes and deliver insightful reports to senior leadership. Additionally, they will embed data standards in compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Decent Homes and HHSRS, and run workshops to upskill internal teams, promoting best practices in data management. Role Overview:

The Asset Data Quality Improvement Lead plays a vital role in driving data transformation initiatives within the organization. The purpose of this role is to develop and execute a strategic roadmap to improve asset data quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills
• Proven success leading data transformation projects in complex, regulated sectors
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and oversee large-scale asset data cleansing and reconciliation projects
• Use SQL and Power BI for root cause analysis and reporting to senior leadership
• Embed data standards and ensure compliance with frameworks such as Decent Homes and HHSRS
• Run workshops to upskill teams and promote data best practices
• Build a strategic roadmap for data quality improvement and foster a culture of data excellence

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in leading data transformation initiatives in regulated environments
• Ability to operate effectively within a hybrid working model (onsite in London)
• Availability to commence in April 2026
