Are you an experienced professional with a passion for driving change and leading projects? Do you thrive on solving complex problems and helping organizations evolve? We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Transformation & Change team and help us deliver impactful solutions to our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be a key player in our business, leading client engagements and making a tangible difference. You will:

  • Lead Projects: Take charge of client projects, managing teams and ensuring we meet all objectives, deadlines, and budgets. You'll lead discovery activities, design work, and be the primary author of key reports and outputs.

  • Deliver Solutions: Work directly with clients with minimal oversight, using your expertise to develop and implement effective solutions. You'll present data and findings clearly to a wide range of stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflict.

  • Drive Business Development: Proactively seek out new opportunities, develop service offerings, and promote our expertise in the market. You will lead the development of proposals and client pitches.

  • Mentor Others: Support the growth of junior colleagues and contribute to the development of our practice by sharing your knowledge and encouraging positive team behaviors.

This is a remote-first role, but some travel to client sites will be required. You'll work a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday

This is a Permanent role, paying £60,000-£65,000.
