Housing Consultant, Transformation & Change
Are you passionate about making a difference in socially focused sectors? Our dynamic Transformation and Change team is looking for a Consultant to join us at the heart of impactful change initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the social housing sector to apply their skills in a fast-paced consulting environment. You'll be a key player in shaping and delivering solutions for clients, taking the lead on projects and mentoring junior team members.
What You'll Do

Lead or contribute to the delivery of high-quality client projects, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Act as a primary contact for clients, managing relationships and project timelines.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders.

Support business development by helping to write proposals and shape new service offerings.
What We're Looking For

Essential: Experience in the social housing sector (Housing Association, ALMO, or Local Authority landlord) and a qualification in Business Analysis, Change/Project Management, or Process Improvement.

Desirable: Knowledge of the social housing regulatory environment, and experience in change management or service design.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling reports.

A collaborative and proactive team player who is detail-focused.

Location: Home-based hybrid with travel to clients and our offices.
