We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Content Management Specialist to join our consulting team in the United Arab Emirates. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with proven expertise in managing content updates within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. As a key member of the e-commerce operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of content across two major online storefronts, maintaining consistency and quality across both sites.
The ideal candidate will have extensive, hands-on experience in SFCC, particularly within Business Manager. You will be adept at managing various types of content including slots, static blocks, banners, and media assets. Proficiency in using Page Designer or similar SFCC visual tools is essential, as you will regularly implement promotional and campaign elements in support of marketing initiatives.
Your role will also involve visual merchandising, ensuring all content updates align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. An understanding of site replication and environment management in SFCC is also highly desirable, allowing for smoother content publishing workflows. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and development to meet business objectives and contribute to the continued success of our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily content updates across SFCC-powered e-commerce websites.
- Manage and update content slots, banners, static content, and media assets using Business Manager.
- Utilise Page Designer or equivalent tools for layout and campaign implementation.
- Support visual merchandising strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Maintain consistency in content across multiple regions and environments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content.
- Assist in environment management and site replication tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content management within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Business Manager and familiarity with Page Designer.
- Experience managing multiple e-commerce storefronts is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles and UX best practices.
- Experience with environment management and site replication a plus.
