We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in Technical, Solution, or Product Architecture, and experience of the Consumer Products Industry. Based in London, this role offers a rewarding annual salary of £120,000 and the opportunity to work with leading-edge technology in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that meet clients’ complex business requirements. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including clients, developers, and consultants, to ensure high-quality architecture and effective implementation across various Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
This role will be working almost exclusively within the Consumer Goods/Retail Domain, and specifically working on Loyalty Management programmes. It's crucial to have experience of Salesforce Loyalty Management, or to have built an equivalent custom Loyalty solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance and architectural insights.
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership to support delivery of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Govern solution design and oversee quality assurance throughout project lifecycle.
- Contribute to proposals, solution estimation, and resource planning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical, Solution or Product Architect, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including declarative and programmatic capabilities.
- Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds
- Extensive experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and platforms using APIs and middleware tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in conducting architectural assessments, design reviews, and technical audits.
- Ability to oversee and mentor development teams in a matrix environment.
- Background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices is advantageous.
