Senior Project Manager – HubSpot Implementation
Location: London (Hybrid)
A confidential client is delivering a major organisation-wide rollout of HubSpot and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the programme end to end. This role will own the implementation of HubSpot CRM across the Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs, ensuring successful delivery, strong adoption, and clear business value.
You will manage the full programme lifecycle from discovery through to go-live and post-deployment optimisation, working closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners. Responsibilities include governance and reporting, requirements definition, technical delivery oversight (including integrations and data migration), risk and issue management, and stakeholder coordination. A strong focus on user adoption, training, and change enablement is essential.
Essential Experience & Skills

5–8+ years’ experience delivering complex programmes or projects

Proven experience leading HubSpot implementations (multi-hub preferred)

Strong CRM and SaaS delivery background

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches

Confident working with senior stakeholders and running workshops

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Experience integrating HubSpot with enterprise systems

Background in CRM, sales operations, or marketing operations

PM qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
