We are currently working with a organisation who are looking to engage a skilled Oracle Fusion Consultant on a 3-month (initial) Outside IR35 contract.
This project will be working with an End User to support the delivery of a series of improvement sprints within Oracle Fusion.
Rate: £450/day
IR35: Outside
Location: Mainly Remote (ideally minimal onsite presence in Essex)
Days: 5 Days a week
Key Essential Skills:
All applications must have strong experience working with Oracle Fusion as a Consultant on Implementation & Improvement Programmes.

- Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud improvements across:
HCM/HR/Payroll/Time & Labour, Finance (GL/AP/AR/Expenses), Projects, and Procurement. - Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and Oracle Modern Best Practice.
- Hands‑on configuration skills, including: Workflows/approvals, Fast Formula, HCM Actions & DFFs, BI Publisher (incl. bursting), OTBI dashboards, payroll elements and retro processing.
- Able to translate business issues into clear, actionable configuration changes.
- Experienced in documentation, testing, and change management.
- Technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable Oracle Fusion Cloud improvements.
- Collaborative approach, focused on building internal capability and reducing reliance on external support.
