We’re working with an organisation seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Support Specialist.

Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Support Specialist
Contract: 3-Months (high chance of extension)
Location: Essex
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud, acting as a key contact for user queries and issues.
- Diagnose and resolve functional, data, reporting and integration issues across supported modules.
- Work closely with business users, ICT teams and third-party suppliers to manage incidents and escalations.
- Support configuration changes, system enhancements and quarterly Oracle updates.
- Assist with testing, release activities and controlled deployment into production.
- Promote best practice use of Oracle Fusion functionality and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Proven hands-on experience supporting and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud in a live environment.
- Functional experience across one or more Oracle Fusion areas such as Finance, HCM, Payroll, Procurement or Reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within structured change and release management processes.
