Gravitas are currently partnering with a University that is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the integrated ecosystem readiness of their Student System go-live.

- Lead and coordinate ecosystem readiness across business, technical, operational, integration, and testing workstreams.
- Ensure alignment across workstreams and manage key dependencies.
- Review programme deliverables, identifying and addressing operational gaps, risks, and issues.
- Oversee end-to-end testing readiness, validation, and sign-off from both technical and business perspectives.
- Manage integration scope, including system interfaces, connections, and business process integration.
- Ensure business processes are fully integrated and tested across the wider ecosystem.
- Engage with project teams, workstream leads, stakeholders, and boards, providing regular updates and assurance.
- Produce accurate reporting and support governance activities.
- Manage, mitigate, and escalate programme risks and issues as required.
- Support delivery in a complex, time-critical environment where delays are not an option.
- Strong Higher Education background
- Strong project management experience within large-scale programmes.
- Ability to lead cross-functional activities spanning business, technical, operational, and integration domains.
- Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Strong understanding of readiness and go-live planning.
- Experience validating testing activities and ensuring alignment with end-to-end testing cycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders and governance boards.
- Proven risk and issue management capabilities.
- Experience working across both technical and business teams
- ASAP start date (can wait until the end of July for the right person)
- £500 a day
- Outside IR35
- Onsite presence required twice a month
- 6 month contract
