IT Project Manager - Social Care & Tech Transformation
Overview
I am currently supporting a Local Authority who require an interim experienced IT Project Manager to support across multi-stream programmes within the social care function.
The role will focus on providing governance, consistency, reporting, stakeholder management, and oversight across several interdependent programmes, with a particular emphasis on the Council’s Mosaic platform and related transformation initiatives.

Overview

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes within a Local Authority environment.
- Strong programme governance, reporting, risk, and dependency management skills.
- Significant experience working with Mosaic Social Care System.
- Experience managing complex technical and infrastructure-led projects, including database and platform migrations.
- Understanding of SQL Server environments and technical delivery processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with:
- CareCubed
- Magic Notes
- Amacis
- Social Care finance systems
- Prepaid card solutions
- MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, APMP, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience within Children's Services transformation programmes.
Role Details
- Day Rate - Circa £400 DOE
- 6 Months - potential to extend
- Immediate Start
- Inside IR35
- Predominantly remote - minimal on-site in London
