Project Manager – DDaT (Transformation) Remote

Salary: £48,000
Gravitas is working with an established NPO, looking for a Project Manager to join the Transformation Team delivering multiple technology and business change projects.
You’ll work closely with Business Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers and IT Leads to deliver high-impact projects that align with our strategic roadmap.
This role will be suitable for a project manager with circa 3 years + industry experience working in Digital and technology transportation projects, looking to take on their next challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex digital and transformation projects.
- Develop clear project plans, timelines, resource allocations and financial estimates.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged and delivering to agreed milestones.
- Maintain strong project governance, including reporting on risks, issues, and progress.
- Act as a key escalation point, ensuring project objectives and requirements are met.
- Support development of business cases and change documentation.
- Build effective relationships across Technology and the wider organisation.
- Manage third-party suppliers and ensure delivery to agreed time, cost and quality.
- Align delivery with business and technology strategies.
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and inclusive working practices.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- Proven experience managing complex digital or transformation projects.
- Experience working in structured project environments with governance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, written and verbal skills.
- Understanding of change management and benefits realisation.
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Salary: up to £48,000 DOE
