Gravitas is currently partnering with an organisation undertaking a large scale transformation change with Oracle Fusion and are looking for an Oracle HCM Data Migration Lead to join them on an contract basis.

Role: Oracle HCM Data Migration Lead
Contract Length: 6 Months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Start Date: ASAP (interview potentially this week)
Essential Skills
- Experience in Leading Data Migration programmes, specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Experience moving away from legacy HR/payroll in complex data landscapes
- Data profiling, cleansing and reconciliation across multiple source systems
